New Coaching Model and Feeder Patterns
Olathe NEA wants to support all educators in the district, and we believe that collaboration is an essential part of our collective success. Many of us are acclimating to the changes in our Instructional Coaches’ roles and the new feeder pattern. Check out the document linked below for who to contact about questions you may have about engagement, PLCs, standards, SPED, and/or behavior. These coaches are invaluable resources for ALL of us not just new-to-district educators! If you have feedback regarding this new model, feel free to share this feedback with your building Association Rep and/or a member of Executive Board.
