This week has been a busy one! At the virtual Board of Education meeting on Thursday, the community had its first look at the Continuous Learning plan.  Nearly 900 Olathe educators have helped craft this plan, and it will take all of us to support our students as they continue their learning in the upcoming weeks.

Now that our Continuous Learning plan is in place, we must continue to adjust to our new reality. Part of this adjustment is reconciling our Negotiated Agreement with the unprecedented situation we are facing. Olathe NEA has been working behind the scenes to establish a process that includes educator voice. Take a moment to review the MOU and explanation below.
