Negotiations have continued through the summer with 2 meetings in June and another scheduled for next week. The ONEA Team is working hard to be sure we are receiving raises due to the school funding issues being settled by the KS Supreme Court. Also, your team is working to assure that health benefits remain available and affordable to all staff. Many language items are part of our discussions including PLC, Power 50, new hires, mentor program, and supplemental salary schedule items. Stay tuned for more details as we work for the best working conditions for our educators and learning conditions for our students.
